Concentric grooves in the bottom and an advanced, titanium-composite nonstick coating create a rugged, unique food-release system inside this 2-1/2-quart saucier. The exterior and lid are made of 18/10 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish, adding beauty to the pan's stovetop performance. The concentric grooves (Circulon's patented "Hi-Low" design) create narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving the low, wide grooves unscathed over time. Clad in stainless steel for good looks and easy cleaning, a thick aluminum disk on the pan's bottom distributes heat quickly and evenly.
